I believe every family deserves the chance to build a foundation of lifelong health—together. That’s why I founded the Family Fitness Association: to equip families with the knowledge, tools, and support they need to create lasting wellness habits.
With over 40 years in health and fitness, I’ve worked with everyone from elite athletes to busy parents and growing kids. I’m a Certified Nutritionist, Strength & Conditioning Specialist, Brain Health Specialist, and a Certified Master Life Coach. I’ve spent years helping individuals, families, and corporations build sustainable wellness programs, always with a science-backed, real-world approach.
I’ve seen firsthand that health is a family affair. Habits—good or bad—are passed down, shaping how future generations eat, move, and think about wellness.
My mission is simple: to help families prioritize fitness and health at every stage of life, so parents and kids alike develop strong, positive habits that last.
My approach is practical, engaging, and built for real life. Whether it’s through interactive coaching, easy-to-follow fitness plans, or my work as an author and speaker, I make wellness something families can enjoy—not just another task on the to-do list.
And if weight loss is a goal, my clients have collectively shed over 6,000 pounds while building strength, confidence, and resilience.
